Standard Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the provision of website design, SSL, support, Accessibility and related digital services by Media Fizz Digital / GP-X Web Design & Technology. These Terms apply to all clients using our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By:

• continuing to use our services
• making payment (including by standing order)
• requesting or approving work

the client is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

3. Service Structure

All services are provided on an annual basis. Monthly payments represent instalments only and do not constitute a monthly contract.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees are agreed annually
• Payments are due within 28 days
• Standing orders are a payment method only

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension.

5. Standing Orders

• Used for convenience only
• Do not alter annual agreement

The client remains liable for the full annual service fee.

6. Notice of Termination

Clients must provide:

Minimum 90 days’ written notice

• Services continue during notice
• Payments must remain up to date

Termination will not take effect until all outstanding amounts are settled.

7. Financial Liability

• Full annual fee remains payable
• Outstanding balance becomes immediately due

Services are provided on a minimum 12-month term and continue thereafter on a rolling annual basis. On giving notice of termination, the client remains liable for the full annual service fee. Any outstanding balance required to complete a minimum of 12 months’ service, or the current annual period (whichever is greater), becomes immediately due and payable.

8. Development Work

Participation in redesign or redevelopment confirms continuation of the annual service.

9. Ongoing Services

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Support

10. Suspension

Services may be suspended where payments are overdue or terms are not met.

11. Handover

Transition support is provided subject to full settlement of outstanding amounts.

12. Recovery

Outstanding sums may be recovered through formal proceedings, including fees and interest.

13. Amendments

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
